MataiNet has introduced TaskAssure to offer a method to dramatically improve home care services delivery. The problem with home care services is that we can't currently verify tasks as they are performed. Legacy systems are simple phone call-in tools that merely record that a person at a residence reported the start and stop of a job. Was it the correct person? Do we have evidence of their work? Can we prove they were at the location for the entire period? TaskAssure uses smartphone apps (iPhone, Android) to track and verify helpers while they perform services, and sends notifications to other people or systems via text message, email, or information exchange.
